Aidan Williams is proud to help clients navigate a number of legal challenges, from individual estate-planning matters to commercial disputes.

Prior to starting ACW Law PLC, Aidan spent several years practicing law at a large Virginia-wide firm based out of Roanoke, Virginia. There, Aidan handled a number of commercial disputes, including OSHA/VOSH citations in front of the Virginia Department of Labor & Industry, contract disputes, heavy-duty towing and recovery collections matters, and real estate litigation. Before practicing law, Aidan worked in the office of Congressman H. Morgan Griffith and the Office of Government Relations at Virginia Tech.

Aidan is a double-Hokie, having graduated from Virginia Tech with his bachelor’s and master’s degrees before graduating from Wake Forest School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Aidan is admitted to practice law before the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
